libxtools doesn't contain realft and gasdev #381

NOIRLab IRAF 2.18 has put realft and gasdev into libxtools where it is linked from sptable (see iraf-community/iraf-sptable#8).

While this is another uncoordinated incompatibility created by NOIRLab, we could be nice and adjust our version.
