Because touchscreen devices have very little bezel I sometimes press buttons when placing the phone down on a table. Today I pressed space and send and accidentally sent an empty message to a channel.
That got me thinking, usually it’s not desirable to send a white space message unless it’s padding for a multi-line message.
Could we have a warning when we attempt to send a message that is completely white space? This would be similar to an email client “are you sure you want to send an email with nothing in the body?”
