This forked off from audit_couchdb and hasn't yet got a test suite at all!

So this might be three tasks:

Package for delivery by a static web server
Dependencies ship in that package, or create stubs that provide the needed service
Some simple UI to be pretty sure it's all working. Maybe just printing events as they occur like cli.js does.
