data isso id not working

Shows original comments from page instead of the id page. I tried both data-id and data-isso-id.

Wouldn't #252 fix this? I'm on isso --version 10.6

data-isso-id has to be set on the #isso-thread element. Dunno why there are two configuration elements like that (data-title is the second one). Documentation has been updated in #413. We should be able to close this issue.
