跟着文档搞了半天，还没跑起来....另外config怎么在外层配置？

laravel的使用方法, 参考下tp6的方式, 大同小异, 如果不行, 可以加我QQ10218431, 向日葵
config是因为需要兼容非框架, 或者某些框架的扩展写法...
