Rename Full annotation as Platform

Many people refer to the Jakarta EE Platform as Full profile and that colloquialism made it into our TCK code.
Consider renaming the following annotation to platform:

concurrency/tck/src/main/java/ee/jakarta/tck/concurrent/framework/junit/anno/Full.java
