Similar to as-update, we should have an endpoint that returns the document as JSON.

Because top-level fields in Yjs are untyped, we will have to either use heuristics to guess the type, or allow it to be specified as a query parameter.

To clarify: this is still on the roadmap, just not the next priority (focusing on the new engine first).
