File dialog: browsing the directory #242

Browsing the folders from the file dialog is not user friendly:

clicking the down arrow to display the parent folders, nothing happen, you need to click on the folder name at the left
the parent folders listing comes with unnecessary content (see screenshot)
scrolling the view of the file dialog with the mouse wheel does not work
