Support all Debian multi-arch directories in library lookups #114

Debian and Ubuntu are moving to a multi-arch layout. You already accepted a patch from Ubuntu to handle this for the platforms they build for, however Debian builds for a much wider range of platforms. We would appreciate your consideration of this pull request to provide multiarch layout support on all supported Debian platforms.

Right, this finally appears to be pointing to the right place. I'll try not to mess up the other request when I do the updates...

Thanks for merging these changes. The code to actually allow building on kfreebsd didn't get included - I've submitted a new pull request for that. The other changes will take me a few days to test since I'd like to test on at least the main 11 Debian architectures.

Motivation:

Centos6 is now in the vault as it is EOL. That said we still want to compile on it our releases

Modifications:

Update files to update repos to point to the vault

Result:

Be able to still use docker
