Hi I want the ability to set chunksize for chunks of data coming from createReadStream.

Something like how the fs allows
var rs = fs.createReadStream('/foo/bar', { highWaterMark: 128 * 1024 });

This seems perfectly reasonable. Can I ask what kind of workload requires this?
