deliveryTypeSystem failed #4

Hello,
I am able to run successfully export and import commands, but when it comes to deliverTypeSystem command I get following error:
Deliver from 'https://clm.example.com:9443/rm/cm/stream/_YxxxxxxxxxxxxQ' to 'https://clm.example.com:9443/rm/cm/stream/_ZxxxxxxxxxxxxW'
The configuration update has failed or there were no differences to deliver!
The tracker reports an error 'Tracker: 'https://clm.example.com:9443/rm/taskTracker/709c59be-27aa-4e8c-8ccd-6478a9b468c1'state: http://open-services.net/ns/auto#complete verdict: http://open-services.net/ns/auto#complete[{"type":"bnode","value":"_:2d2b28f5_174a0e0f190_3f7f"}]{ Commit delivery session }'
Delivery Session from 'Source_Stream' to the configuration 'Target_Stream' failed.
The delivery has failed or there were no differences to deliver!
Failed.

Do you know maybe, what might be the reason?
The error message is very limited, so I dont know where to look for.

importTypeSystem command works properly and I am able to see my Source stream type system changes in Target stream

The API is very bad in providing hints about the root cause of an error. I would assume that you try to run an operation on a configuration where there are no changes to be delivered.
