Bug with Parallelization

For some reason Parallelization won't start whenever dimensionality is greater than 16 (we found it to be the limit). We theorize that it might be because of Python's PYOD method messing with the number of cores. As is not necessarily needed, and all of the experiment were performed without it, we don't plan in fixing it, specially whenever a Python implementation is planned.
