jest 25 doesn't support node 8 - doesn't install because of semver ^7.1.1

Hi all

The blog post for jest 25 states that support for node 6 is dropped, but support for node 8 should still be there, provided the right jsdom version is used.
However, when trying to run tests on a node 8 environment there is an error when installing semver ^7.1.1 which is only supporting node >= 10.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• set up an environment with node 8
• run yarn add jest@^25.1.0
• see install failure because of sember 7.1.1

Expected behavior

jest should successfully install and run

• node 8
