Description

For aarch64 platform, I have built " Jetty " from source.

Steps

Following STEPS (https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project#building-jetty-from-source) were used for the building and installation:

sudo apt update 

sudo apt install build-essential cmake git wget –y 

wget https://github.com/jetty/jetty.project/archive/refs/tags/jetty-9.4.36.v20210114.tar.gz 

tar -xvf jetty-9.4.36.v20210114.tar.gz 

cd jetty.project-jetty-9.4.36.v20210114 

sudo apt install openjdk-11-jre-headless 

java -version 

sudo update-alternatives --config java 

sudo nano /etc/environment 

source /etc/environment 

echo $JAVA_HOME 

mvn -Pfast clean install 

Outcome

To validate that the build was successful we ran tests that were generated using " mvn -Pfast clean install " Command. All the tests ran successfully.

Jetty 9 is no longer supported.

Upgrade to a supported version of Jetty and try again.
At this point in time, Jetty 12 is supported.
