npx 사용시 매번 psoj 를 설치할건지 물어본다면.. #2

버전 0.9 에서 1.0 으로 올라오면서 이와 같은 문제가 발생했었는데
다음의 명령어로 캐시를 한번 비워주시면 됩니다.

$ npx clear-npx-cache
