This sounds like such a basic question, but I'm legitimately curious. This gem was born out of an attempt to make a package tracking app back in 2009 or so that never saw the light of day (RIP boxwat.ch), and since then I've just improved and maintained it, as it's kind of an interesting problem with a fairly small surface area.
That being said, I'm completely out of touch with how and what people are actually using the gem for. Do all of y'all have package tracking apps? Are you all scanning emails for tracking numbers? What's happening out there in the real world with tracking_number?
