some all day events show as more than one day when viewed in outlook calendar in chrome but appear normally in thunderbird

Expected behavior

Events sync from Thunderbird to Outlook calendar and show up correctly when viewed online.

Actual behavior

Some events are shown correctly but some birthdays that are set to all day do not, my youngest sister's birthday shows up correctly as a single all-day event but my mom's is shown as a 3-day event when viewed in Outlook but is shown correctly in Thunderbird.

Steps to reproduce

create an event, set it to all day, sync, and see if it shows up incorrectly when viewed in Outlook Calendar on a web browser

How to fix

change event settings from all day to 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM and sync, the problem should be fixed.
