I installed Thunderbird and TbSync yesterday, and it seemed to be working fine (besides some issues with recurring tasks synchronization with EAS), but today it stopped, at some point. I am getting "resync loop" error, and disabling/enabling account does not seem to help. Here's what I see in debug log:

TbSync 4.11, EAS 4.12, Thunderbird 128.6.1esr

I am not 100% sure, but I think it happened after I updated a recurring task in ToDo (edited note and marked its instance as complete). If I can somehow get TbSync to sync, I can try replicating this, of course.
