Migrate to Jackson 2.0

The current maven plugin works with the older version(1.6.4) of Jackson, but does not work with the Jackson 2.0, as it has a different package structure. Please update the maven plugin, so that it supports Jackson 2.0.

blitzmen1: there's no particular time line no, I expect to release this within the next few weeks though.

The changes related to this particular issue have already been made though, so if you need Jackson 2.x support feel free to clone the current master and build what's there.

biltzmen1: I've pushed this forward into 0.2.4 (new release archives have been added to the Downloads area tonight). Update to 0.2.4 for Jackson 2.0 support.
