Tooltip line shows up but not the tooltip itself #106

tooltipLine: {
  lineWidth: 0.5,
  strokeStyle: '#bbb'
},
tooltipFormatter: function(timestamp: number, data: {series: TimeSeries, index: number, value: number}[]): string  {
  return data.values.toString();
}

I was trying to implement tooltips like above but only tooltip line shows up but not the tooltip itself. What am I missing?
