주니어 개발자 채용에 있어서 바쁜 일정에 개발 문화가 없어서 고민이 많은 상황

솔루션은 딱히 없지만 개발 문화를 못만든다면 일하는 모습을 보여주면서 업무를 따라오게 만드는 방법 정도가 있음
