Is ext-pcntl required for the lib or just one of the engines? #75

I can't install this lib on windows because of ext-pcntl. Is it used directly by this lib or can we make it optional? We want to try rabbitmq and I don't think ext-pcntl is required for it.

The SequentialWorker needs it, though I'm happy to make this optional and exit non-zero if it doesn't exist but the user is attempting to use the SequentialWorker.

It would be nice if it would be optional. I'm not sure if we still use it.
