when I run rake <app> heroku:addons with an invalid add-on in heroku.yml (say newrelic:standard instead of newrelic:wayne), it results in a Heroku API ERROR: 404 Not Found (???) instead of the more descriptive AddonPlan not found. of the heroku-toolbelt
