Hi,
I wanted to inquire if it’s possible to bypass the rate limit based on certain request parameters. I have gone through the GitHub issues and documentation, and the closest I found was a feature called skip_if, which was present in an older version but appears to no longer be available.

Is there any way to achieve this functionality in the latest version?
