In theory, it should be possible to calculate each timeseries based marker in a windowed way, i.e.
there can be a n_windows or window_size parameter that tells the marker how many windows a time series should be partitioned in, or what size windows should be used, and then a "marker object" parameter takes a marker object or list of marker objects, and calculates every marker for every time window.
Is there any publication or available code?
No
Do you have a sample code that implements this outside of junifer?
Also no.
Anything else to say?
