Allow for setting verify=True in ClickHouse client

I noticed verify defaults to False with no possibility of setting it otherwise, is there a reason for this?

no reason, we just wanted to make it work for our cluster without having to use certs for verification. we can expose this as an env var like we do with CLICKHOUSE_SECURE. can try looking at it sometime this week/weekend, but feel free to open a PR with how you would like to use this and/or other settings from here https://clickhouse-driver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/features.html#secure-connection
