What works:
jupyter_client : 7.4.7
jupyter_core : 5.1.0
jupyter_server : 1.23.3

What also work:
jupyter_client : 7.4.9
jupyter_core : 5.2.0
jupyter_server : 1.23.5

What doesn't work:
jupyter_client : 8.0.2
jupyter_core : 5.2.0
jupyter_server : 2.1

How do I fix or debug?
