Playlist Pull:

ipodio playlist pull <NAME> [<EXPRESSION>..]

$ ipodio playlist pull playlist john lennon
Copying 2_Imagine_Working Class Hero_John Lennon.mp3 to John Lennon/Working Class Hero

Same options as ipodio pull.
Maybe redirect to that handler is not a bad idea.
It could even be implemented like:

Pull: ipodio pull --playlist NAME john lennon
