Add support for removing the Distribute groups.

kadalu volume create myvol \
    replica node1.example.com:/exports/myvol/s1 \
            node2.example.com:/exports/myvol/s2 \
            node3.example.com:/exports/myvol/s3 \
    replica node4.example.com:/exports/myvol/s4 \
            node5.example.com:/exports/myvol/s5 \
            node6.example.com:/exports/myvol/s6

kadalu volume shrink myvol \
       node1.example.com:/exports/myvol/s1 \
       node2.example.com:/exports/myvol/s2 \
       node3.example.com:/exports/myvol/s3 \
       start --auto-commit

Check the status

kadalu volume shrink myvol \
       node1.example.com:/exports/myvol/s1 \
       node2.example.com:/exports/myvol/s2 \
       node3.example.com:/exports/myvol/s3 \
       status

Commit the Operation if auto-commit was not set.

kadalu volume shrink myvol \
       node1.example.com:/exports/myvol/s1 \
       node2.example.com:/exports/myvol/s2 \
       node3.example.com:/exports/myvol/s3 \
       commit
