Currently EventHandlers register themselves from constructor:

abitia/services/monolith/src/AccountContext/EventHandlers/SendAccountCreatedEmail.ts

Line 20 in 629c21f

this.eventBus.subscribe(AccountCreatedEvent, this.handle.bind(this));

which is a side effect.
