Rule Engine

Application should not hard-code any ingestion analysis logic (as per interaction checking and so on), there should be prepared json-based rule engine which would allow users to write their own rules as in queries (when rule is triggered and what's severity of such rule). It's just an abstract idea now, with flow of time this would stabilize itself as there must be sane default without requirement from user to configure application half day for minimal functionality.
