Tried to setup my BOFA account via plaid but hit different errors each time.
Last night: It said "something went wrong please try again" (right after taking in the username)
This morning: Some progress- it progressed to the 2 factor auth screen. Asked for the code sent to phone. After I entered it, it again said something on the lines of "error encountered. We have captured this for further analysis".

Similar problem for a local credit union bank.

Had the same issues and reached out to Plaid support who responded with this disappointing news:

Access to our Bank of America integration isn't currently enabled for our Development-only clients, due to Bank of America's data access requirements. I'm so sorry that this delays your ability to test live Bank of America accounts.

If you decide to move to our Production environment, you will be enabled for our Bank of America integration in both our Development and Production environments.

I've set up an alternative integration with the Teller service, which advertises support for Bank of America accounts, though I haven't tried this myself.

If you're able, please try out the integration and leave any feedback in this pull request: #156
