Changing compiler_options not working on Elixir 0.14.0 #18

Updating to Elixir 0.14.0 I got this error:

iex> Code.compiler_options exlager_level: :debug
** (ArgumentError) unknown compiler options: exlager_level

@edgurgel I've seen the ChangeLog.md in Elixir, after Elixir 0.14.0

[Kernel] Code.compiler_options/1 no longer accepts custom options, only the ones specified by Elixir (use mix config instead)
