class file for org.spongycastle.openpgp.PGPException not found #6

Project cannot be built. I have a class which will be doing simple encrypt / decrypt operations.
It contains import net.kibotu.pgp.Pgp;

...PgpUtils.java:100: error: cannot access PGPException
            result = Pgp.encrypt(payload);
                                ^
  class file for org.spongycastle.openpgp.PGPException not found

Decrypt method is not generating such issues related to building.
