Compatibility with vscode jest

VSCode Jest https://github.com/jest-community/vscode-jest is a great extension which automatically integrates with create-react-scripts. Because custom-react-scripts is a modified version the extension would not detect it automatically. I am wondering if there is a workaround to fix the problem and make custom-react-scripts visible to it?
