Currently, dark mode only works when your system theme is detected to be dark. it cannot be toggled

Actually, there is code for this: ToggleDarkMode but it doesn't seem to be used anywhere

This is currently not available in Tauri, but they're working on it, see tauri-apps/tauri#5279, which is the reason why I disabled this. This will be implemented later if Tauri supports it.
