empty folder for kaptive in older kleborate versions

I tried installing the older version of kleborate v2.3.0, but the kaptive folder is empty. I tried copying the files from a older version 2.0.1, and then setup using python setup command. But still only K type output is visible, but O type is also not working.
Installing the tool this way did not identify MLST type also.

Kindly help me sort out this issue.
