Name required when manually adding user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I just started my business and collected a few mail adresses via a contact form. I want to manually add them now. I did not collect the names of the persons, so I wanted to leave the field empty. That is not supported, you must enter a name.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd expect it to autogenerate a name the same way as it would do with the normal form.
