allow phantomjs >=1.9.x #201

As phantomjs is installed globally so it's kinda a no-go for us to use 1.9.x as we really need 2.x.x

Would it break if you moved to 2.x.x? Or just maybe you could allow >=1.9.x?

Nevermind, we will use the -e option.
