slow：watch Installed Charts it will foreach get health and latestver is so slow

remove the feature or add config to close

when i install 30 pod it will request 60 time，and other request must wait for them

I agree that it can be slow, but many people find it useful.
Having a flag for disabling it sounds doable and not too complex.
