Slow time when using photon locally

At this time I'm working with a two milliion rows addressess and I need to get lat and lon for all of this data, I see photon as a service that I need to do this task. Whatever, when I install locally the application and run the process, it takes a long time for each address. Some one would know what is the problem? Will take some days to enrich all of this addressess if each query get 2seconds.
