How to add Covers to show on Kindle main page?

using PW2 with 5.6.5, JB with Koreader and KPVbooklet.
On my mainpage the opening of my ePUB books work OK with KOreader but the book does not show COVER.

is there a way to add cover to the book?

Not without (really) extensive work.

Many documents do that in my experience, but they do it by making the first page a picture of the cover.
