[feature request] Allow to Try to send again multiple failed messages

Description

Have more than one message that failed to send (e.g. while the phone was offline). Try to send again appears if one message is selected, but not if 2+ messages are selected.

To Reproduce

• Send two messages while being offline (so they turn red)
• Select one message, Try to send again is visible at the bottom.
• Select both messages, Try to send again is not visible.
