What would you like to be added:
Kubernetes v1.30 is scheduled to be released on April 17. We should bump both the Go version and our Kubernetes dependencies when that happens.

Why this is needed:
This is right before our v1.1 release, it would be best for our release to be aligned with the latest upstream Kubernetes release.
