endpointslice metrics do not set namespace label

What happened:
EndpointSlice metrics (eg kube_endpointslice_info) do not have namespace label set.
What you expected to happen:
According to the docs, the metrics should have the correct namespace label.
Environment:

• kube-state-metrics version: 2.10.1
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): 1.25.17
• Cloud provider or hardware configuration: EKS

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If kube-state-metrics contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
