Validate configuration ignored #26

In a configuration like this:

/* .gqlconfig */
{
  "schema": {
    "files": "schema.graphql",
    "validate": {
      "extends": "gql-rules-schema",
      "rules": {
        "NoUnusedTypeDefinition": "off"
      }
    }
  }
}

the validate part is ignored
