参考Arthas项目的as-service.bat脚本，编写一个用于FlareAgent的服务脚本。
1）接受命令行参数，创建FlareAgent服务，服务binPath附带注入进程或者端口参数
2）启动FlareAgent服务，在服务会话执行脚本，将注入参数传递给start-agent-trace.bat / stop-agent-trace.bat
