midiProbability transpose causes hanged notes #1

In the off chance that you're still interested in messing around with these plugins and can recompile for Windows...

The midiProbability plugin will cause notes to hang when the "transpose" function is initiated.

Set Power to "On"
Mode to "Transpose"
Prob to >0 (try 100%)
Transpose to anything other than zero
InputChan to whatever MIDI channel you're using
Play MIDI notes (or a sequence) for a little while and eventually they will start to hang

I think this mode is missing a proper NOTE OFF message.
