Crush when opening a directory with the Russian name.

I can't seem to reproduce this with creating folder with same name as you stated.
Does it work if the folder is empty?

I believe this issue may actually be fixed in git (5e7c25f) from another Cyrillic language speaker. @miramir, are you using an up to date git version from here or a packaged version? 1.5.1 does not include this commit.

I am releasing 1.5.2 right now which will include it.

Folder is not empty. The crash occurs even if you select within a directory with a Russian name in the settings. Nitrogen falls while trying to open a folder.
