This pull request adds basic tests to framework.
It uses orchestra/testbench to test laracord framework as a Laravel package.
Under hood tests are written using pestphp/pest testing framework for modern syntax & better developer experience.
pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel is used to be able to bootstrap a laravel based application for test cases.
pestphp/pest-plugin-arch is used to provide some architectural tests into the project. As example: basic architecture test checks that there is no debug statement left in the codebase such as "dd", "dump" etc...
